By using seo0 (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. The Service is provided both as a hosted offering and as self-hostable software. These terms apply to both modes unless explicitly noted.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You are responsible for the content your engine instance crawls, generates, and publishes.
- You will not use the Service to violate any law or to target sites in ways those sites prohibit (e.g. ignoring
robots.txt).
Acceptable use
The Service is built to operate at scale and respects standard web conventions out of the box. You may not configure the Service to perform denial-of-service crawling, ignore robots.txt, or impersonate other crawlers.
Subscription & payment
Hosted plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time and your account continues until the end of the paid period. Self-hosted use does not require a subscription; optional support contracts are billed separately.
Service availability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the hosted Service available 24/7 but make no uptime guarantee outside of an explicit SLA in your enterprise contract.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email and on the portal at least 30 days before they take effect.
